The importance of setting goals is that when you get older you focus on your goals you want accomplish later in life for example if your goal is to go to a good university then reach for that goals no one is stopping you dream big!. You have to work hard and dedicate the goal if you're working hard everyday to set that goal and make it happen make sure you finish at the finish once you accomplish your goal reach for another goal you want to accomplish in life your start making your goals happen right now not later, not soon, and not tomorrow you start your goals now work hard through thin and thick you have to push yourself motivate yourself everyday to accomplish your goals your not alone you got friends and family that will be right there when your struggling YOUR GOAL AND FUTURE START NOW.

"Six rules to make people like you"

       Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people

This rule means that if you want people to like you, you have to be interested in things they do or like because how about if you and that person have something in common? That'd be great because both of you guys are interested in each other and what you guys do also here's a quote "You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.

Rule 2: Smile

This rule means that if you smile and keep your head up people will think your a happy person and people will talk to you you always have to smile even if your going to problems always keep a smile on your face because eventually everything will get better you got friends and family that will help you but keep a smile and never a frown and if you see someone not having a good morning tell them a compliment and make them smile to brighten up there day. "Always remember to be happy because you never know who's falling in love with your smile"

Rule 3: Remember names

To show someone that they are important, you usually remember their names. Remembering people's names shows an attitude of respect. Its shows that you are really interested in what they have to say or do. For example, if some girl name Jacky was talking, but she was only saying dumb things that are not relevant. An on the hand, you have someone that is name Saul talking about important things for college you will most likely remember Saul's name. For me, if someone remembers my name I think of oh he remembered my name, I guess he liked what I was talking about. Remembering names also makes you look more intelligent. Instead of saying that guy on the television said, you will say David the T.V broadcaster. This act of remembering names makes the people around believe that you are intelligent. Remembering names will also help you in meeting new people.

Rule 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves 

Be a good listener means that if you want to tell something to a friend or some  person that had the conffiance you need to listen to them if you want to listen to you, when you have a problem or you need to tell something so someone you need you listen to other people for others persons can listen you. Listen to your friends and your family or some other people if you want a good conversation.

Rule 5: Talk in terms of the other man's interest.

 This means that all of us had different interest in our life. For example other like to do sports other people like to cook ect. This can be the interest of many people but not all like to do that others people like to other several things. For example like reading. 

    Rule 6: Make the other person feel important--and do it sincerely.
What is rule is saying is to always make someone feel like they are important no matter what. No one in their life ever wants to feel like they are unwanted. That makes someone feel bad about themselves because they say up in the middle of the night wanting to be like someone they are not. They will feel insecure about themselves, start dressing and speaking differently as well. I know that if someone didn't make me feel important then i would be hurt because everyone in life wants to mean something something to someone.

My opinions and thoughts about these six rules of people liking you these are good rules i liked rule is rule 2,3,4 and 6 because those for me are important we always have remember names it's very important because it the other person is interested in  you and your interested in them but that's my opinion those rules are important to me and for the other people you guys should follow these rules too. use these 6 ways when i first want to talk someone and show them that you care.

My student led conference was good. When my mom come i show to her all my work that i do in all this month. She was happy because some of my work that i show to her was a good grade. Then when my mom see that work she tell me that i need to kept doing all my work and homework because that is the only responsibility that i have. But also she tell me that i need to major in my two classes that i have D and for the next report card she want C or better grade in those classes. 

     

Pediatrician

Duties and responsibilities:Pediatrics is the medical specialty that studies the child and its diseases. The term comes from the Greek postpaid child  and  area ,healing  but its content is much higher than the cure of diseases of children , since pediatric studies both healthy children and the sick.

Chronologically , pediatrics covers from birth through adolescence. Within it several periods: newborn 0-6 days , neonatal 7-29 days, infants less infant 1-12 months of life , most infants 1-2 years , preschool 2-5 years  , school 5-10 years , Pr-teen 10-12 years and adolescents 12-18 years. Childcare is one of the specialties of medicine

                                                  Make No Small Plans 
 If you want to be a person with an attitude of a high achiever you must not make small plans. Go big make your ideas as big as you can think. Although the bigger ideas you the harder they will be, the outcome of that big plan will always be better than an outcome of a small plan. Having a harder plan will be more of an achievement that if your were to think of a smaller plan.

                                                    Do what they fear
 If you don't want be fear do something good and do not be frightened not fight with other people do not fear what they fear and  act like a  responsible people you can get what you want if you are a fear ,but  there are some people that  fear what they do not understand. There are sometimes that we have a person that we love but then the things with her or with him not function and the relationship broke but we still love that persons and we are fear that we need to be together with that person that we love but her or him not want to be with him/her and the thing that are we doing is to be fear because we want that person our life . But there are others ways that we are fear for example we are If we not get something we are fear to get that thing but sometimes its not good to be fear with that thing

                        
                     High Achievers are willing to prepare 

If people have a goal they would like to achievers when they get older, they will make a plan and prepare for it. For everyone that wants to be successful with their future, they will have a prepare on how to accomplish that goal. For example you must know what you will be doing high school to get the grades, what collage you are going to, how long do you plan on staying there. The future starts when you accomplish all you studies and finish you carrier that you do in the collage. No high achiever reached success overnight. Masters of anything understand the need to prepare to get better. High achievers understand the need for an organization to prepare each and every day to execute on their vision.

                              High Achievers are willing to risk failure

High achievers are willing to risk failure. Everyone in there life will win and lose. We have to learn not to let the failure part get in the way. If we fail and let the failure get into our head, then we won't succeed in life. Every one must know to learn from your mistakes. Let that lesson teach you how to be better for future businesses or anything in your life. If you fall get back up again and do it again. Never give up if you don't try something new in your life because you are afraid of failure, then how will you get anything done. For example, Martin Luther King Jr. He was fighting for the equality and freedom of all backs.

                                           High Achievers are teachable

High achievers are teachable. They are willing to understand the assignment and  help other kids that need help and don't get what they have to do. They aren't afraid to get out thee and make new friends.They able to go in front of the classroom and teach the whole class if they were able to. They have the ability to learn and then after they get it, they can go and teach their classmates or parents etc. They can tell the whole wide world the new things that they learned in school. For example in 1st grade when the teacher is teaching the kids to count from 0-10. If the teacher sees that one student know the method on how to get their then she and or he will send the kid to help another classmate that is struggling with the math. That's someone who is teachable.

                            
                               High Achievers Have Heart 
 High achievers have a heart. No matter what problems, they might be going through, they still manage to keep a smile on their face. They always want to help when someone isn't feeling good or they are feeling sad. A person who has heart shows sympathy. For example is when you give up too easy on anything. No will. You got to put your heart into it. It means that, and so much more. Also it means you care about others, you are not racist, you feel for others and you try your best to have a good heart with all the people. You put the best foot forward.
